I got bella from a family that didnt have time for her any more. It started out with adopting their budgies...who were not handled in over a year ... the family didnt know how to handle them...after having the budgies for 10 min at home I had them with my other pair on my shoulders and sent a pic to previous owners.... they then asked if I would be interested in adopting bella too.... after discussing it with my gf ...she said sure. I have had bella for almost 2 years now and couldnt be happier.
