Email sent wasn't accusatory just saying at the time I saw he had no water and stuff like that
Also I really do hope that his was maybe just like a cage for the weekend as it was super busy and people would want to see it
They had him blocked off by hay bales so little kids wouldn't touch him which was good and there was also a paper on his cage which was flipped which I didn't get to read so that might say something helpful but idk thank you all for taking your time to reply
