On diet have you read Chris thread? Diet is so important. And feather quality and duet go hand in hand.
For the loose feathers I have no opinion, other than do look like molted ones.
But your earlier pictures, is she wet in those? Her color seem off. But the bottom picture feather color looks great.
I feel when I zoom in that the feather edges are frayed showing early signs of over preening.
Eclectus need more foods with vitamin A. Rosted carrot, cooked sweet potatoes or squash, peppers, romaine lettuce.

If you overcrowd it, yes. What I meant is not a lot of perches, instead just variety in the perchesWon't if you have to many perches and toys in cage more likely will break feathers and stuff struff their feathers
