Agree with Chris above. Looks like pretty normal molt to me as well. And also definitely agree, She's gorgeous! :)

I got her in a night cage to sleep and a large cage for day timeView attachment 39321View attachment 39322
Gorgeous giant cage! But need more diverse perch options at least 5.

On diet have you read Chris thread? Diet is so important. And feather quality and duet go hand in hand.

For the loose feathers I have no opinion, other than do look like molted ones.

But your earlier pictures, is she wet in those? Her color seem off. But the bottom picture feather color looks great.
I feel when I zoom in that the feather edges are frayed showing early signs of over preening.

Eclectus need more foods with vitamin A. Rosted carrot, cooked sweet potatoes or squash, peppers, romaine lettuce.

And this is a nice one even talk about molting Eclectus diet . Molting takes more protein. I always bump protein for my non Eclectus during molting. I use a mix of animal and plant source protein. Ike soaked cooked legume, lentils, walnuts, boild egg with some shell, a d a little boiled chicken

So this is a common area across the shoulders to start over preening...it looks like that to me..msybe a little nutritional as well..

All I can say read up on Eclectus diets. Wide variety. And provide more enrichment/entertainment/ foraging/chewable toys

You've got an excellent cage, looks like gets time outside also excellent @

Here are some ideas for stimulation with perches and such

"Diverse perches"

It just means a variety of types, textures, shapes, and thicknesses of wood :)

Eclectus have the most awful molts. Mine went through a mojo molt last year and it lasted for five months. He was scruffy and bald. He looked terrible.
If your eclectus plucked her feathers, there'd probably be blood on the shafts.
Her feathers look a bit chewed, possibly from over preening. But I think a lot of parrots' feathers look a bit damaged from preening over time, and that's partly why they molt - to replace worn out feathers. Feathers can even lose their colour over time and eventually, the dull feathers are replaced by brighter ones.
I'd wait until she has molted before I stressed about the dark feathers.

Hi there, This is a link to a thread I started for my Ekkie Nico, and his life. He barbers, scissors, plucks, and is involved in self mutilation. There are photos of what some of his feathers look like. It is a little graphic if you want to take a look that way you know what to look for in the future. https://www.parrotforums.com/threads/nicos-thread.92443/

I hope this helps you so you don't worry in the future. I know when I first got Nico I was overwhelmed, and didn't know what I was doing. I am still learning new things.
