Moulting or sick?

Hey guys! I've got a female indian ring neck parrot which is 4 months old now.
I noticed a bald patch on her head before some weeks. I didn't found any feathers in the cage. She is caged alone. Size of that bald spot is not noticeably showing any difference. Please help.

That is not moulting
A vet can help determine cause, too many options to speculate.

Something appears wrong with her beak...

The bald head could be from a parent plucking or mutilating? Can't say for sure though.

There are no vets who can treat parrot around this place.
The bald spot is not from any injury or plucking. Shes been caged alone since months back. what could help the feathers grow back?
And where can I learn to teach her to talk?

The first photo you provided from above looks like there's blood or something just below the nose and at the top of the beak.

As per an older thread of yours, she is a wild caught bird... if so, well, that means she must have had parents! Her parents could have done this to her, or she could have been attacked by another creature.


However, considering the bald spot is getting worse, not better, I stand by my first post in the other thread.

No changes in food or water.
I feed her fruits mostly.

That's not blood. That's tomato that was stuck at the time of clicking the picture.
Yes she is wild but I have it since it was featherless and she is never brought in touch with any other creature.
