Hello everyone, new poster here!
Me and a roommate of mine who the bird has never met before recently(4 days ago) moved into an apartment and my bird Ollie has been screaming sqwaking, or at least chattering like crazy almost the whole time.
He still goes quiet in the evenings when it's dark with the lights turned out, but otherwise he is a source of constant, endless noise. When I get him out he seems to quiet down a bit, but he still chatters endlessly albeit a bit more quietly. In addition he has taken to bobbing his head a lot, and releasing a clicking noise as he does so when in his cage within sight of us.
Also, he seems to make more noise when we are playing a video game and there is more noise in the room. He also had become a bit nippy towards my roommate, he once crawled up his arm to his ear and gave a firm nip, as well as another on the chin.
My suspicion is either aggression towards my roommate, or difficulty adapting to a new environment. Any ideas? I really want to fix this! Ollie is just about to turn 2 years old.
