Mt love bird eye is swollen

Someone gifted me a pair of love birds. But I noticed that one bird's eye is a bit swollen and the white part of his eye has a kind of like pimple in it.

He keeps his eyes closed most of the time. But he eats well.

P.S. I live in Pakistan and we don't have any vet here. So please help me.

I am sorry this bird needs a vet! We are not vets. Have you checked fully that there is no vet what so ever in your country?
