My Amazons eye is odd

My blue fronted Amazon is 30. I noticed today it looks like there is a worm or something protruding from his lower eye lid. Never seen this before. Doesn't seem to be bothering him. Has anyone ever seen anything like this?

That's what I was thinking. It will be there then it disappears. Then it will show up again. I will be booking an appointment asap. Just wondered if anyone had seen anything like it before.
