Alexandrine Ringneck,
about to be getting a Jardine's
My alex likes to do pullups when he's bored and no one pays attention to him. Sometimes he'll alternate and just hang by his beak for several minutes. He can easily get up from these positions by flapping his wings, he just finds this fun for some reason.

Gotta love it when they do that!!! LOL

Got to watch a hyacinth macaw do that trick... she acted as if she was stuck and screaming her head off! Her feet dangling in the air as if they can't grasp anything... then she'd take a moments break, hang by one toenail, look at you as if nothing wrong, then clasp her beak back down on the perch, feet a-dangling again and screaming!!! I wonder if anyone fell for her wolf cries? LOL

Awwww! That's excellent! What a strong bloke!

I've been trying to teach my Barney to do that off my finger, but he can't quite get that I don't want him to step up. :)

I wish i could do that!!! :D

Mishka makes sure when he does his pull ups I am present
He begins lifting himself time and time again THEN when too tired I have to lift him.
