My conure cut his nose

My conure likes to keep his nose clean. He usually sneezes a few times a day since he puts his claw up there. He did a double sneeze and then stuck his claw up there to then do another. Then I notice he caused himself a nose bleed. The nose is now dried up. Do I have any cause for concern?

Sneezing and bleeding is always a concern. Have your vet evaluate this bird.
