I think this is going to depend largely on how old she is - and please tell us her name, won't you? Brilliant that she's eating and drinking independently, but young birds can be a bit clumsy as they learn to do things like perching and flying. They also have a tendency to have stubby tails since they can be a bit hard on longer tail or wing feathers while they're young. Personally I always take any new bird to my vet for a wellness check when I first get them. It rules out any health nasties, plus it also gets you into your vet clinic's records so that they have a baseline on your bird's health and it makes it MUCH easier to get an appointment if you do have a medical emergency in future.
