I had a lovely day out in the sun at the annual Myerscough College Open Day and County fair.

Although the college was showing off their courses and facitities, which had recentlu gone though huge development, they also hosted charities, local business, smallholders, displays and larger companies.
Here is a small collection of photos I have from the event.
There are more on my flicker account if you'd like to see more.

This little one was feeding a female who had nested. I don't know what he had been eating but I think he definitely enjoyed it.
There where also Amazon parrots, a Conure, Miner Birds and Wild Scottish cats. Elusive wild felines that deftly dodge your eyes and the lens of camera.

This little one is Taz, a beautiful White Face Scops owl.
She/he was a real sweetie and cuddled with the handler.

Loved the Owls, great photos of them. Was the first photo of Birds of Prey?

Thank-you, for providing the photos of your enjoyable day.

Yes. The first one is of a display by a birds of prey charity.
They had a selection of raptors from hawks to owls.

What an amazing day! Your pictures are great, this is something I would love to see.
Thank you so much for sharing!
