Is this a peach front conure?

If so, why, in most photos I see of them, do they not all have that thick yellow eye ring?

It is a Half moon/Orange Front Conure because of the white beak as Peach Front have black beak.

The eyerings can vary from white to grey to yellow and even black. It can vary on species, bird and time spent outside!
