Natural alternative to hairspray?

My sister used hairspray in her bathroom today, and it stunk up her whole room. Kirby doesn't preen her hair, but is it safe to continue using across the apartment?
Also, does anyone know of a natural alternative to hairspray that I could use? Is there any hairspray that would be safe for him to preen and smell? I've heard aloe Vera might work.
I absolutely hate the smell of hairspray anyway, it makes me sick!

Try to convince her with going with a spritz rather than a spray. Bed Head maxxed out is a good one. A good spritz works much better than a spray because you get more control without the clouds of toxic fumes that go with sprays.
