Need help - should I adopt this cockatiel

Hi all,

I'm looking to adopt a cockatiel - I saw one that someone is trying to rehome and was hoping to go this weekend to pick him up (I already have his own big cage fully setup and waiting for him). But they sent me pictures and I'm concerned that he might look sick (?) Maybe I'm being paranoid. Please take a look and let me know what you think?

I would say use this meeting as a meet & greet without expectations.
Get to know the bird and see if he likes you.

I can’t tell from photo if sick or not.

Clicking the link gives larger image. I don't see anything seriously wrong, what seems to concern you about appearance? (I have never lived with cockatiels so am not expert observer!)
