New bird! Introducing.....

Just adopted this guy today. His previous owner had good intentions, and she loved him but she is in her eighties and has multiple birds and was looking to rehome him. I don't know a whole lot about him.Except that he is at least ten years old ( that's how long she had him.And she got him from a rescue ten years ago). I'm looking forward to working on diet conversion with him and training, after he sees the avian vet. Does anybody have a guess on what subspecies he is? I have a female solomon island and he's quite a bit bigger than she is. Meet Sunny!
