New cage, how to set up for baby sun.

Got my matching cage for the new baby sun. Question though should I set up most the perches at the bottom of the cage to the middle and not the top since he will only be like10-11 weeks??

I have a bunch of perches and toys, 2 feed bowls and a water bowl. Do I keep the food and water low for now?

we have a 10 week old Sun. His cage is setup with the perches at varying heights and we put a piece of cardboard on the bottom of the cage with his food bowl until he was used to his cage. then we put it in the holder. just make sure he has a perch to reach his bowl.
