Ok so greatest thing happened today, me and my partner brought 2 macaws

Can you post a picture of the tail to help you get advice?

If anything like my Blue and Gold they will grow new ones pretty fast.
I'm amazed at how fast his body can produce feathers.

Parts of the year he molts more than other parts, but does seem to molt year round. Especially if he is playing rough and damages them.

I guess maybe the bigger question is how were they damaged?
in playing
in transport
being bullied by his partner
self inflicted
