New Member Greetings!

Hi to all! I am the proud parent of 1 lovebird, 1 canary, 2 parakeets and 6 finches.
I'm starting out with a request for advice. This past Sunday, I adopted Scarlet, a peach-face lovebird born with 1 foot missing. She is 1 year old and her owner passed away last week. I am proud to have her. She is quite stressed and eats a little but just sits. She's well-adjusted to life with one foot. What can I do to make her adjustment easier. She is so sad. Thanks.
