New Member, Hi Everyone!

HI everyone, my name is Matias, what a great site! I am the proud daddy of a Baby Hahns Macaw 'Minty' a.k.a Mr. Menta(doh 08/05/2011) and a lovely Peachface Lovebird 'Pichito' (doh 10/05/2010). Last Monday 11/14/2011 was the saddest day in my life, my lovely Sun Conure 'Conito' passes away after 2 days being hospitalized (air sacs birth-problem), he was hatched on 04/13/11 and I spent the most beautiful seven months of my life with him. Two weeks ago, I acquired a baby Hahns Macaw, he is an adorable baby and we are building a great relationship. He is almost weaned; he eats by himself but still on 2x daily feedings. I will uploads pics of my flock. Thank you!

Thank you all! I am very glad to be part of this beautiful family. Thanks for your support, it is really hard when a feathered friend leaves us, especially at his age. I thought we were going to 'age' together. I gave him the best superb quality life a parrot deserves, and he gave me the most wonderful time of my life. Today, the vet just called to let me know his ashes are ready to be picked up. When I got him at 6 weeks, I promised him that he will have a forever home, and he will have it until the end of my life. In regards to the pics, so far I have posted some Conito's pictures. During the weekend, I will upload pics of Minty and Pichito (actually Pichita, she has laid three eggs back in the summer). Minty, my baby Hahns Macaw, is doing fantastic, still on his 3/2x feedings but he already loves his Harrison's High Potency and the Zupreem pellets (Fruit Flavor) a beautiful baby. I will keep you posted. Thanks again.
