Hi there this is my first post.
I'm a proud momma of a 9 yr old Quaker parrot. Georgie is his name. Had him since 2012. Such a delight to have a Quaker in your life[emoji7] !!!!!
He's truly one of kind. I would say Georgie in every sense of the word, is a momma's boy[emoji2]. Very spoiled, protective, chatter box, feisty little thing,
Cuddles and lots of kisses are his fave.

Welcome to you and Georgie! Thanks for the impressive array of pics!!

Welcome to the roost!

Georgie makes me think of the nursery rhyme...
"Georgie-porgie, puddin' and pie. Kiss the girls and make them cry."

So precious!

You're gonna love it here.

Georgie is a darling, thank you for sharing his adorable photos!

I have 2 conures-Conor is a green cheek & Mango is a sunconure. I rescued Mango from a bad situation. He still does not like it when I walk out of the room. I wasn't able to leave the two together but now they get along pretty well. I bought an aviary so it's pretty exciting. I made some stands & have been using ground corn cobs for the bottom. I use a cat litter scoop to clean it & it's working pretty good.

Welcome welcome, he is absolutely adorable. Quakers have such giant personalities, don't try telling them they aren't actually a green wing Macaw! Those are some awesome pictures though, he looks like he is loving life!

Just one itsy bitsy thing, You may want to be careful with just how friendly you let him get with the kisses. Us humans have some bacteria in our mouths that can potentially be especially harmful to birds if they manage a "wet" kiss.

Can't wait to see and here more about him!
