Hi guys, I'm new here and this is my first post...Meet Skittles our new family member

I believe he is a Jenday Conure and the lady I got him from said he's between 3-4 years old.

I've had him/her since Thursday night and is settling in nicely...

Welcome and beautiful Jenday! Though if the Skittles candy company ever decides to enforce their trademark, all of you people with a Skittles bird are going to be screwed!

If I may make a suggestion, from the photos it looks like he is on a seed diet. For health and long life, you should investigate converting him to a good pellet supplemented with good vegetables and fruit. Great resources on this site for good foods and foods you need to avoid which could harm him.

He is actually on a pellet and fresh fruit diet. I will post pics of The one he's on.

Umm, Safari? Ya, I know, my bad!

For an app to make it simple, Tapatalk is widely used. Lacks some features of the full browser, can't see polls for example, or change fonts and such, but it's easy to use. Good for posting pictures from your phone. Videos, not so much, at least in my experience.
