Nika's sporty new vest

We're all outside today, and I can vividly see the grow-back process in Nika's feathers. She now looks as if she's wearing a formal and glamourous downy vest. She just had a bath so they dried nicely, they look almost curly! And of course she's covered with pins everywhere. In her whole life (4 yrs) she's never been outside, so I make sure she gets lots of outdoor time, with her co-flockies, the budgies. It's a great day!
