Who wanted birds again...I woke up this morning and rolled over to go back to sleep....once they heard me moving the chorus started. I think they got together and were like once you hear her don't let her go back to sleep or we won't be able to come out until noon....ah I heard her sound the alert! They were not fooled by me waving my hand and saying I'm not awake:20:

Anyway once I dragged myself out of bed and stumbled over to the bird cages to glare at them and since they were not fazed by the glaring at all....I took Kelly and Loki upstairs with me. And I found out my mean green Amazon is scared of the pink sparkly sunglasses case...and I had to tell everyone so his street cred has gone down down down:D

At first he wouldn't step down onto the counter and I didn't realize why...so I just dumped him onto it and he literally jumped down. When I realized it was the pink case...I took it off the counter and put him back on it. Then I took the case to show him and he flew onto me in a panick. Like a scared little kid....my big tuff Amazon..l don't think it helped that I wouldn't stop laughing at him:54:

LMAO, I love the jedi-foot-trick they do, "you will go away!"

HAHAHAHAHA!!! I was already laughing pretty hard reading how Kelly was acting around the scary pink, sparkly sunglasses case, and then when I read the below....

Lol!!!
Mine have figured out that the door to my bedroom sticks. If they hear it, they start to yell. but if I do it slowly enough they dont notice! And our new neighborhood has so much "other noise" that they dont notice I am up (if they can't see me) unless they hear the door or the toilet flushing.

That is hilarious!

And I swear my birds can hear my eyelids open on Saturday morning. You're not the only one who didn't get to sleep late. :)

Thanks for the funny story and pictures.

Haha that was so funny!

I think it might be the color pink, others might prove me wrong, but I bought Charlie a big pink boing he was scared of, gave I to a friend of mine, hers also wanted none of that. Another's bird is scared if her pink broom.

So I think pink might be giving off birdie death rays, which would explain Kelly needing to employ jedi mind tricks.

Jedi foot trick!!! Haha my 'Zon does this all the time!
