Please the owner is really depressed . One can say this wasn't a just an animal for her but a daughter . Please the parrot haven't been found yet . Any help will really be appreciated . More info can be on the picture . Thanks .

typically signs should be posted in a one mile radius from the home/place of escape. If the bird is friendly a local person may have taken her in There of course is always the threat of predators/starvation/exposure for domesticated birds.
