Ollys bath....

I have tried every trick in the book to make olly like baths,I have him watch me in the tub and make it look super fun I have him watch binky bathe in his bathtub,etc.etc...I spray him with water bottle,he just barely tolerates....well.......jealousy won him over!!!!! Lol...he just warmed my heart yesterday...I was over at binkys cage ewww king and ahhhhing over him and olly kept grunting at me from on top of the play gym...he suddenly runs down gets on top of his cage(I have a drinking dish attached to outside of his cage) goes to his water dish and starts taking a bath in it all the while clowning and looking over at me!!!! He would sling the water up under his wings throw it in my direction lol,he did it very animated..course I went over to him and he really made a big show of it!! He tried bathing me too,guess he wanted to pay me back for bathing him lol .

Awww..how cute! Sassy doesn't like baths either. I do mist her often but she will hide behind one of her big toys...lol.

Haha, jealousy sounds about right! I've been trying to get my eclectus to say hello for about forever, and I could swear I heard him saying it from the other room yesterday, when he knew I was in the office playing with the new birdie he hasn't seen yet.

They're such silly, jealous little creatures.

Glad you got Olly to take a bath willingly!! Hopefully now he'll keep doing it

Good for Olly! I imagine once he gets over his fear, he will really love baths.

ROTFL!!! What a stinker but glad it got him wet. Buddy not only gets jealous of the dogs here but of Husband and his antics are hilarious. How long did Ollie bath?
