OMG, he's been turned loose on the social media (plus a general update)

Greetings PF people & creatures! It's been a while since I've been on or shared any Kiwi updates. Honestly, after doing that exhausting top to bottom decluttering/redecorating our home that took weeks, I then got super busy with my art stuff and simply haven't had much free time at all.

The green sir is doing ok. I have sadly noticed he seems to be preening his butt again more than normal, so I will be placing a call into his vet in the next day or 2 to get him in. She said after the kidney infection/damage this may occasionally happen and he may have to go back on allopurinol for a while. Otherwise he's been mean and green and in an aggressively amorous mood (which I suspect is behind his sudden uptick in butt preening), as I'm sure many of you are experiencing this time of year too:25:

My art stuff has been steadily moving along and I'll soon be branching out onto youtube, twitter and evil facebook (since it really is unfortunately necessary to grow a business in todays world). I've been learning about post analytics and posts Kiwi appears in have gotten a lot of interest but I still want to keep my stuff art related so I got him his own instagram page. I kicked him off my page officially yesterday and thought you all might enjoy the rather epic/fitting new logo I created for him/his page/personal brand Honestly. I'm just having fun making Kiwi out to be as ridiculous as p̶o̶s̶s̶i̶b̶l̶e̶ he actually is I think more than one of you will get a good laugh off this art!

Been wondering what Kiwi has been up to of late. Aaaa, the joys of ever longer days as the Sun schedule builds in the North half of this planet. Julio's been confused as to whether it would be more fun to try chewing-off my arm or woo his sweetheart (Mrs. Boat).

Oh yeah, it has definitely started. We are waaaay into chewing mode, and have already had some mating dances with toys. Quite nippy also. Oh well, hope summer comes soon. It usually calms down by then.

I love Kiwi’s Follow Me logo, it’s perfect and it really pops! I’m slightly concerned, Kiwi has a huge fan base already, if he gains an abundance of new followers in addition you may have to hire a staff for your little green rock star.

So far Amy hasn't shown any hormonal tendencies! A few extra skritches for the pinners is all...but that little so-and-so Beebers..that's another story! Just ask "Uncle David"!!

Thanks so much everyone for your support and welcome backs! And yes, I am glad to have other people who are going through the frisky season with their birds too lol. This year he seems to really be in a mood. I will keep everyone posted as to his kidneys status. I don't think it's an urgent emergency but I will get a call in Monday and hopefully have him in to see the vet in the next 2 weeks or so for a checkup (sooner if she feels it's more urgent, of course).

I know I just kind of dropped off the face of earth but I had to focus and throw myself into getting my life in order a bit. Hoping to be on here a few times a week at least because I love all of you guys and your birds (I seriously feel like I know so many of you and your birds:smile015:
