OMG Its growing back!

Well, I think a lot of you know that Oliver bit Bellas toenail off in an accident. The vet said it had a 15-30% chance of growing back. Well, IT IS! I hope you guys can understand my freaks joy lol. I just felt bad for my Bella baby, she wasn't getting used to the grip. But I
now can see a tiny stub at the end of the toe and it sure does feel like a toenail. So for the next couple of weeks we'll see. Just wanted to share as I'm reall happy right now.

Awwwwwww!! Yay!! I'm so excited!!

I used to have a budgie that I got from a pet store. I brought her home that day and realized a part of her long toe was gone. Like she only had half a toe. BUT, a few months later a toenail grew from her stumpy toe. Even tho the toe was still half gone she had something to grip with. I was amazed! So I feel your excitement! Glad she's doing well! Maybe a good month. To really notice some good growth? That's just a guess. For a while my budgie just had a sharp piece of toe she preened. Lol

Thank you. you should have seen me when I saw the little stump. I was jumping around like an idiot. "ITS GROWING BACK! LOOK ITS GROWING BACK!" Then everyone looked at me like I belonged in a mental facility, respectively. LOL!
