Never met Rio but I loved him ever since I saw him bathing in a friends lunch veggies she was going to eat.
Otto would record messages to Rio even brought out his English accent to say "What a pretty budgie." after seeing a Rio picture on Instagram.

Rio, Otto will take you to the best seed and beer joints up in bird paradise! Sending my love to Rios humans and to Otto and Rio.
