Our first "Champs" show!

Me and my dog had our first Champs (registered) show this weekend!! We had an okay day on Saturday with a 3rd place in one of 3 rounds with mistakes made on my behalf (as usual) in the other two rounds although he tried hard as he always does so I was happy. The second day however he was on fire and won TWO of 3 rounds which means we have "won out" of my class and have to move up a level! Its a huge jump to the next level so I am a bit nervous about that but we had so much awesome feedback over the weekend Im sure we will get on okay.

We got awesome pink and black ribbons for first too =D

Wow! Gorgeous pooch, I have always loved that Merle coloring and with the blue eyes as well..outstanding looks and performance! I appreciate that you are "working" your dog I do believe this breed really does need it.

Thanks everyone =D He is half NZ heading dog and has Catahoula and greyhound in him too. He certainly LOVES it =D
