i know, i know...everyones birds talk but since the previous owner said she hadnt talked for years im considering it step forward! now im wondering how long it will be before she looks at me and says "youre gonna die today..."

Either way that's really exciting!
And no, not everyones bird talks.
My conures mumble and say a couple of things and my Pionus has about 3 sounds he makes total LOL. Many birds never speak a single word of human language, and some others will talk up a storm. I'm glad she's getting comfortable enough to talk!!

My shih tzu was barking and every time he would bark panchita would say " whaaaaaat". I was home alone and it actually scared me cause even though i have heard amazons talk on videos i didnt expect it to sound so human-like, lol. She hasnt said another word since though. Maybe shes waiting for jonah to bark again
