Hello everyone,

This is first time I'm having parakeets and I'm liking them, one of the parakeet wing seems not right, please suggested what's wrong? I'm posting pics of parakeet.

You are right, the parakeet is holding the wing up at an odd angle and it is clearly causing the bird pain. Does he fly at all? You may need to bring him in for an xray to rule out any breaks or dislocations.

It flies normal and it will not have any problem flying. But when it breathes it over its wing, initially I thought it was a new home stress and it's been a week now still like that, it plays with other parakeets, eats nicely, not sure of what's wrong.
Thank you for replying.

I agree with my good friend, as the rested position is very odd /unusual and from a structural vantage point, not a normal position. Having an xray is the only way to verify what is happening.
