Parrot's cage cleaning

Is it ok to use baby wipes with chamomile( without alcohol and hypoallergenic ) to clean my rosella's cage ?

If you remove your Parrot from the cage prior to cleaning, yes. However, it is preferable to fresh water rise when ever using any cleaner.
