Percy's heel is swollen!

I noticed this morning, after Percy's bath, that his right heel (the bend in the leg before it goes into the body) is swollen and is a bit thicker than the other one. It could be that its normal because in the accident in which he broke his wing (before he came to me, so I don't know the details) he did hurt that foor too. Perhaps I only noticed it for the first time because his feathers were wet and standing up like a lunatic vulture's! LOL.
When should I be concerned about something like this? I feel that I am forever stressing about him

If he is using both his legs equally, I wouldn't worry too much. Will he let you touch it? Does it seem painful?

Yes, he seems to have no issue with either leg and doesn't mind it being touched at all. Phew!!
