Does anyone have experience moving their pet internationally through petrelocation.com?

Welcome to the forum, don't know of that company. Where do you live? Are you talking about moving a parrot? Much different than cats/dogs etc. Here in Fla there's a company that specializes in moving/shipping pet birds and other exotics as well as domesticated animals. You interested in their contact info?

You'll want to contact the agricultural departments of both countries. Make sure you have the proper paperwork, permits (exporting/importing) and health certificates. Your macaw will need to be banded and/or microchipped. You'll need to find out if quarantine is required, too.
