Petting the back, is he cheating?

Ok so today I have had Jacob mostly in the cage, after I cleaned the place I took him out.. We laid down on the bed and he start doing what he always do.. and now I wonder if it means something else.. He comes up to where there's a cradle between my chin/neck.. and he rolls over and rubs his back against my chin basically petting himself on the back..

I am guessing this should be a no no? Or is that something that can be allowed? For now I tucked him back into the cage..
