Picky Conure?

hi all, I got a 14 year old jenday conure back in July. He's wonderful! But he is very picky when it comes to food, especially veggies. Do you have any ideas what i could try to get him to eat more veggies?

Keep changing it up with different veggies with different colours and different sizes. FYI: For what ever reason, the same item cut differently can make all the differences in the World. No, I haven't a clue, only had seen it happen over and over.
