Just got 10 month old Escher yesterday. Went to a bird show and we started bonding immediately and I couldn't leave without Escher. He was on only parrot seed so I am going to switch him over to pellets. I was very excited he/she loves vegetables, ate them right out of my hand and then out of the bowl.

Timnehs are uncommon for pets compared to congo, I also heard timnehs will talk sooner then Congo's(could depend on the though)... I think your grey will be very intelligent I mean look! doesn't cuteness= intelligence? I am glad you taken him under your wing since an all seed diet is gonna give ANY bird a fatty liver and will cut his lifespan considerably, also I adore your stand and where did you get it?

I got the stand at the bird show. There was a couple there selling them. I have their card but not with me at the moment. The lady that sold Escher to me said he was already talking and tonight it sounded like he said step up and yes. My husband said when I was trying to get Escher out of his carrier yesterday it sounded lik he said I don't want to.
