These are in reverse chronological order. I've been having trouble getting photos off my phone, but here are some.

I took Puck to the mall yesterday. Every 5 feet somebody would see him and say something like "OOOH what a pretty bird!" He got lots of attention from lots of strangers. They LOVED him in Sephora (not to mention all the other stores). Somebody even suggested doing makeup like his, which I think would be amazing! I might take him back in there and have somebody show me how to do that. lol.
He looooved the mall!

He did flip out a little (by "a little" I mean that he screamed and caught me off guard, fluttered off me, and ran into a store, lol) when he saw the multitude of ceiling fans in the food court, so he hid in my shirt the entire time we were there, and would NOT move. He started climbing up into my armpit, which tickled and I was afraid of squishing him, but he had a death grip on my inside shirt, so I had to take him in the bathroom before he let go enough to reposition him. He stayed very still, and periodically growled. He is getting better about them, but they are his ARCH NEMESIS.

After we left the food court, he deemed it safe to come out when I showed him the fans were gone.

This is from a couple weeks ago. My mom and I were harvesting persimmons, so I put him in the tree while we worked. He had fun! He loves going in plants.

Zombie bird!! I rubbed raspberries on him to give him the bloody look. Later that evening (Halloween) I took him through a really good haunted house. I didn't know how he'd react, so I took him in his travel cage, but he didn't jump or scream or flutter the entire time, unlike me.

Screaming monsters, claustrophobia tunnels, strobe lights, and jail cells don't phase him! I can drop pots and pans in the kitchen with him right next to me. Ceiling fans??!!? HIDEEEEE!!

Oh my goodness! You are brave and Puck is a trooper! Very cute! When you take him outside (as shown in the picture of him sitting in the tree), do you ever worry about other birds or animals? I would love to take Bridgit outside, but I worry that a big old crow might swoop down and grab her. Maybe I'm too overly protective? Love your pictures!

Great stories and Pics too thanks a ton for sharing! Love the zombie bird!!

SaraBridge: As long as you are near to scare off any potential predators. I've never had an issue though.

Good to know! Thank you! I'll have to plan for some outdoor activities :)
