Pictures of Cookie and her play-stand

She had a bath and she was eating Nutri-berries.

I put various shredding and preening things on her stand to try to get her to stop chewing her feathers.

She has more toys on her stand, but I did remove a few toys because I was cleaning them and I was also refilling her foraging toys.

She was really happy because I gave her a bunch of stuff in her bowl today.

She normally just gets Harrison's High Potency Fine in that bowl, but sometimes I put a bunch of stuff in.

She had hazel nuts, walnuts, almonds, Harrison's High Potency Fine, Tropican Granules, Nutri-berries and some seed.

I put toilet paper in the bowl so she could forage. I also put a wood block in the bowl.

Wow, that's such a great play stand!! She can be so busy there! It makes me to feel guilty because Parry doesn't really have any play stand (well, my body and our whole house is his play stand) I should make something for him too.

Don't feel guilty just because he doesn't have a play-stand, I'm sure he has lots of other fun stuff to do. I got my play-stand really cheap secondhand.

You should try making stuff, I should warn you though, it is addictive. I've been re-using old broken up toys to make new toys and its really fun, I see why people on the forum like making bird toys so much. I'm going to go to a craft store to buy some stuff to make some more.

She always looks so cute and innocent when she's lying on her back in my hand.

She does have a lot to do on her play-stand. I'm forever adding stuff to it. I'm eventually going to buy another one or two play-stands when I get my other two birds so they can have somewhere fun to play too.

Thank you Emily! I have actually tons of stuff to make a play stand for him - we have a big yard and just trimmed many trees there. That's why I feel a bit guilty. He is very active and playful around the house, and I spoil him by allowing him to go anywhere he wants (except the stove, LOL).
