Please help// What’s wrong with my budgie?

Hi there. Do you have any idea what this symptom is will be taking my bird to a vet just noticed this it’s very concerning yes she has laid eggs in the past. Eating normally everything else is normal. Want to have an idea of what this is. Ps. I blowed near her vent to make it clearer her feathers are normal.

It looks like "brood patch" to me. Females sometimes pluck their bellies to allow skin to egg contact when brooding eggs. It would also be an obese belly or abdominal tumor(s) stretching out the skin making feathers look sparse. Her vent looks clean and that's good.
Is she laying eggs right now or will she be soon? How long has she had a bare belly? Have the vet check her for parasites like mites that may be making her itch and pluck.
Budgies can become neurotic pluckers but it's unusual compared to large parrots. Good luck at the vet.
