Poppy´s transition to pellets

Hi everyone, I have been trying Poppy on pellets (NutriBird) and ZuPreem Fruitblend by soaking in water first as it is a little easier for her to eat however she still makes her "feed me" noises and lifts her wings like she still wants the formula instead though she is 2 months old, shouldn´t she be starting to eat pellets now completely? She will eat the pellets but mostly plays with it with her tongue.
