Preening question !

Hey everyone! Just wanted to ask a quick question about my conure feathers. I will insert pictures. I was wondering if he is over preening. I don’t think he is but I wanted to make sure. He has lots of toys and chances to forage for food a healthy diet and overall a happy 1 and a half year old gcc. So here are some photos. Thanks everyone again!

Based on the photo, there appears to be no signs of over preening. It is important to remember that the condition of feathers are directly connected to the flight ability of a bird. Hence their condition is very important and results in their spending a fair amount of each day caring for them.
