i know its probable been asked a million times and posted just as many, but how do i make an image my profile pic. slightly computer challenged.

Look at the top of the page where the blue strip is, and click on "User CP"

Look at the left hand side under "Settings & Options" - Edit Avatar (profile pic is called an avatar)

From there you will be able to upload the picture of your choice from your computer.
