Hello, I’m new to owning a Pineapple conure. I have a Pura fragrance device. Is this safe for birds? It says it’s safe for pets but does anyone else use this?

Generally when they say "safe for pets" they mean dogs and cats, personally I wouldn't use a device like that around my birds.

Any scent put into the air is potentially harmful to birds' delicate lungs and air sacs. I assume this device put fragrance into the air. I would NOT use it in any room where your bird spends any time.

I just looked up Pura Fragrance on Google and saw that it's a plug in fragrance diffuser. Most definitely wouldn't use it around birds.

What throws me off is that Pura says there are zero toxins in their fragrance. Ahhh I’m upset because I love the product and just bought more lol
