can my quaker parrot eat forsythia dandelions or any other bushes that are

Dandelion leaves are very healthy for parrots (and you as well if you enjoy them). As for what plants are safe, google "safe plants for parrots" and you should be able to pull up a list of good plants and toxic ones that you can print off and keep for yourself.
