question about my new timneh baby

I just adopted a hand fed baby timneh, he is 4 1/2 months old. Her is happy sweet and tame, and when i brought him home the breeder said he was eating pellets great. since i have had him here, he hasnt touched his food, and will only eat the baby bird formula. is this normal? like i said, he is active and happy, but always makes the baby bird noises and will only eat the formula, which i am giving twice a day. any suggestions or comments? is this normal? what do i do?

Sounds normal for regression. Was he weaned when you bought him? And if so, for how long before taking him home?

I would suggest calling the breeder too. Are you feeding the same pellets as the breeder? And as Monica asked, how long was he weaned before you brought him home?
