Oh no, Al. Very sorry to hear this, hope you are resting as comfortably as possible. Many folks report feeling 1000% better after bypass as blood flows much easier.
Crikey Mr Wrench that’s a shocker! My long suffering hubby had a triple bypass some years ago (no heart attack thankfully!) so you have my every sympathy. Thank you for your advice and insight you gave me about my Quaker it was much appreciated! I hope you make a speedy recovery and that Salty forgives you for being away

Great idea! Years ago I saw a corella brought to a hospital in Western Australia when his mum was ill for a while. Staff loved it, other patients loved it, why the fudge not?
Oh, geeez, Al... get better! Prayers and hugs to Geri and Tinker, and of course, Salty, too.
Hardly a day goes by that I don't think of you when the Rb wakes us up at the crack of dawn with that wonderful bell you sent him! I will always treasure it, and you.
This one's for you!

Al, I'm so sorry that this has happened. Quintuple bypass?!? You don't go in by halves, do you? Please make sure to follow every instruction the docs give you going forward. I'm thankful the surgery went well, and praying that your recovery will be swift and complete. You are a cherished part of the PF family, so we're all hoping the best for you!
