A little off topic, your Alfie is the only other parrot I've ever heard of with that name. My parents have a goffin too who's name is Alfie. It's not a very common name, especially for parrots! Good thing your Alfie doesn't have the 'personality' of their Alfie

Many years next to a different parrot and when his owner passed away I gave him a new home.
From scratching > little kisses > sitting on my shoulder has taken a few weeks but I found a video where Alfie was smaller and his owner said hello filming, he is either Alfie or Monty but he doesn't respond to either lol
