Was going to make this specifically to ask @DonnaBudgie about a duck blood soup she had mentioned a while back, but how about just a place for favorite/odd/old/interesting/good recipes of all kinds? ☺️

Bird safe is NOT REQUIRED for this thread, but perhaps make a note on if it's safe to be shared with fids or not ☺️

There is a recipe I would like to find though I don’t think we would ever fix it.
It was from “the old country “ and was fixed by my German grandmother.

We just called it “Pot Pie”
But it was more like a stew with funny/strange/delicious diamond shaped dumplings.

My favorite early morning quickie. Oven preheat 375°. 1 can biscuit rolls. Can be small or large. I use 4 roll. 5 eggs. Oil appropriate baking dish. Press roll dough in dish. Whip eggs and season to taste (I use bird safe). Pour egg over dough. Optional top w cooked meat, grated cheese, cooked veggies, cooked diced or shredded potatoes, etc (leftovers work great). Bake 25-30 min, when knife comes out clean done. This can be customized any number of ways. Nameliss loves this bird safe with chopped broccoli and peppers. (So do I.)
