Recommend a seed mix/brand

I've just ordered some Harrison's pellets and a bag of seed mix to my African Grey. I normally don't offer her seeds because she will only pick out the sunflower seeds and throw everything else on the floor but the bag i ordered only contains 5% sunflower seeds.
What seed mix/brand do you use and can recommend?

I have heard that volkmans is a good choice because I believe it doesn't have any sunflower seeds. I plan to get a small bag for foraging treats.

I use Harrison's High Potency Coarse Pellets along with Higgins Celestial Mayan Seed Mix and Bountiful Harvest from My Safe Bird Store.

None has Sunflower Seeds.

I have Volkmans hook bill seeds for those special times. I think it is excellent because as said no sunflower seeds or peanuts.

i dont feed my grey seeds. her diet is mostly harrisons pellets and fresh greens in the morning. at night she gets a bit more harrisons and what ever she steals off my plate. i do make my own bird bread and she gets that from time to time.
